We want you to love every Beauly piece you bring into your home. If something is not quite right, please review the information below before arranging a return.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns on eligible items within [14 days] of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Free from damage, marks, odours, or signs of use
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or made-to-order reasons, some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. These may include:

  • Made-to-order or custom items
  • Personalised products

  • Items that have been assembled, installed, altered, or used
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, particularly for fragile, valuable, or oversized items. Beauly is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Furniture and Large Items

Please check furniture and oversized items carefully at the time of delivery. If visible damage is present, please note this with the delivery driver where possible and contact us immediately.

Do not dispose of packaging until you are satisfied with your item, as original packaging may be required for a return or collection.
