Can I visit the showroom before ordering?
Absolutely — we welcome walk-in visitors during opening hours. For a more personal experience, book a private styling appointment via our showroom team and we’ll ensure a Beauly expert is on hand to guide you.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition. Contact our care team to arrange a collection — we’ll handle everything from there. Bespoke pieces are non-returnable.

Yes — our trade programme offers exclusive pricing, early access to new collections, and dedicated account management. Apply via the Trade page and our team will be in touch within two working days.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing?
Yes. Request up to four fabric samples free of charge — simply contact us with the product name and colourway and we’ll dispatch them within 3 working days.
